- A phone with a camera.
- Your driver's license or state ID.
- The names of any hospitals or doctors who treated you — as best you remember.

Questions clients ask
Do I need a computer?
No computer needed — but you'll need a mobile phone with a camera that can receive text messages. That's how we confirm it's you. If you don't have one, we can request your records directly from your providers instead.
What if I can't remember all my doctors?
Give us what you remember. The records we receive usually point us to the rest, and we follow those leads.
Who can see my records?
Your Gori legal team, and the TortFlowAI staff who support the platform. As your case moves forward, your legal team may share records where the case calls for it — with a medical expert, for example. Access is limited and every view is logged.
Can a friend or family member help me?
Yes. They can join the session and help list your providers. You'll still verify your own identity and sign the authorization yourself.
